In an age devoted to electronics, the wine cellar Montesole has combined knowledge and expertise with precious and irreplaceable teachings of the ancient winemaking traditions which are still suited in agricultural areas of Campania.

Built with the most advanced technologies in the service of modern winemaking, an area of 16,000 square metres, with a capacity of 35,000 hl of wine and a current capacity of 28,000 hl in stainless steel tanks, thermo-conditioned, equipped with nitrogen for the protection of wines and autoclaves for sparkling wines, the winery is equipped with all the necessary precautions and is able to generate and maintain technically perfect wines. 

The modern structure has a fully automatic bottling plant for still wines and sparkling wines, with electronic controls in line with a capacity of 3,500 bottles per hour and complete rinser, evacuation of air, isobaric filling pressure of nitrogen and packaging tape. 

The cellar is also equipped with a laboratory for its own analysis, a room of oak barrels of 63 hl, one of the French oak barrels of 225 l for the aging of red, fittings and other tools that help the wines during aging and storage. 

In the cellar, with rationalized wine-making, realizing the milestone production in the long and fascinating history of our wines, started by the budding of the vines and crowned by manual harvesting, in full compliance with methods that guarantee the uniqueness and inimitability of wines from Campania. 

In a place where tradition and technology meet, therefore, the company Montesole, using highly professional staff, offers the full range of Campania wines:  the excellent DOC Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino, Sannio Falanghina, Sannio Aglianico, the famous Taurasi DOCG, the IGT, produced by the finest grapes of the area, the table wines fresh and easy to drink and finally the two quality sparkling wines, Falanghina Brut and Fiano Demi Sec.
